Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in the Chesterfield Area. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure production targets are met. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, supply chain management, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The General Manager will also focus on quality control, process improvement, and exploring market opportunities to drive growth and expand the product range.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic planning and budgeting
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain management and production oversight
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to drive process improvement and ensure quality control
  • Experience in market research and exploring growth opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is a plus
