We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will seek a resolution, preferably speak with us 14 days of receipt. The nature of the services we provide results in many of our items been non-returnable unless faulty. The tailored products we manufacture are bespoke to your needs only and are not resalable otherwise. We will however, accept if we are at fault. We will also endeavour to resolve any case where the solution is not quite meeting your requirements, by reworking the original item generally.
Conditions of return;
- Unless faulty, refunds cannot be made for bespoke manufactured or non-standard products
- If faulty we would expect to be notified of the issue within 14 days of delivery, at this stage we will assess the issue and consider reworking the bespoke solution
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods
- The cost of returning any item is your responsibility
