Key Processes

We have prided our selves in investing in the latest and best equipment to turn rolls of fabric into a usable and functional products. To do this there are a number of core skills that are required. These include Design, Pattern making, Measuring, Cutting, Welding, Sewing, Eyeleting and Packaging. Many of our staff hold or are working towards NVQ qualifications in Manufacturing Sewn Products. This is part of our commitment to staff development and training and forms part of our ISO9001/2008 quality standard.

It is the combination of these skills that enables us to deliver the service we do. Turning an idea into reality takes multiple competences we bring together the necessary equipment and expertise to get the result you need.

Our Plant List:

  • 2 x 10m Fiab Track Mounted HF Welders
  • 6 x Raydyne & Fiab Small Format HF Welders
  • 1 x Zund 2xl CAD Cutter with 2.5m cut width x any length
  • 3 x Semi Automated Eyelet Presses with eyelet sizes from 9-25mm
  • 20+ Sewing Machines, Single and Twin Needle Lock Stitch, Overlock, Pattern Stitch
  • Automated Webbing cutting
  • Seam taping and waterproofing
  • Small and Large format Heat Presses for Product marking
  • And of course 50 skilled and experienced Staff
